This Experienced Developer had cash invested in multiple sites. Our brief was to get as much cash onto the table as possible.

We sourced a facility equivalent to 85% of the original purchase price plus all of the build costs capped at 71% of GDV.

And whats more, with cashflow tight, we negotiated a cash advance of £50,000 to get the construction underway before the first QS visit.
